Catering preferences
In an attempt to reduce operating costs, Wessex deanery no longer pay for food and refreshments for any of the courses that it funds. You can either bring your own refreshments or pay for catering to be provided for you (refreshments at breaks and lunch midway through each day).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received more than 4 weeks before the weekend course will be subject to an administration charge of £20. Delegates cancelling after this date but greater than 2 weeks before the course date will be liable to pay a cancellation fee of 50%. There will be no refund for any cancellation less than 2 weeks before course the date.
